Do you have experience in managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Specialist to join our team between. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operations of this contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 14:00 to 22:30 ( weekends availability required) Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all parcels are sorted and scanned efficiently using a warehouse management software, and trailers are loaded FIFO within the dedicated time slots. Maintain a clean and safe working environment and work closely with the H&S manager. Ability and confidence to hold inductions and daily briefs. Lead, motivate and offer development for the workforce. Identify and proactively address challenges, seeking opportunities to improve processes and create strategic plans to achieve mutual benefits. Track and monitor key performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and ensure contracts meet financial and operational targets.
