Key Responsibilities of a Workshop Supervisor:
- Oversee daily workshop operations and manage production schedules
- Lead and motivate a skilled team to meet production targets
- Inspect production and incoming goods to maintain quality standards
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring regular servicing and inspections
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and distribution teams
- Interpret technical drawings for job planning and cost estimation
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and quality management systems
The ideal Workshop Supervisor candidate:
- Proven experience within a fabrication/machining workshop
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage is a plus
