We’re expanding our Permanent, White Collar Technical team in Leicester and looking for someone who’s ready to take the next step. The Role and About You:
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and our database.
- Interviewing and assessing candidate suitability.
- Managing candidates through every step of the recruitment journey.
- Generating leads and tracking future opportunities.
- Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate.
Once you’re ready, you’ll step up to 360 recruitment:
- Building relationships with businesses and securing new clients.
- Managing your own accounts and developing repeat business.
- Advising clients and matching them with top engineering talent.
- Running recruitment projects from start to finish - and seeing the reward directly in your commission.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily.
- Is ambitious and thrives on targets that stretch them.
- Stays organised and focused, even when things move fast.
- May have B2B or B2C sales experience - but more importantly, has the hunger to succeed.
- Has a high level of spoken and written English.
