The Role and About You
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll start by mastering the recruitment process and candidate management:
- Sourcing top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal systems.
- Interviewing candidates to assess their fit and career goals.
- Managing candidates through every step, from first contact to placement.
- Generating leads and spotting opportunities to build your future client base.
- Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate with candidate and client details.
When you’re ready, you’ll step into a full 360 role:
- Winning new business by building real relationships with hiring managers.
