Production Labourer – Multiple Needs

Location: Birmingham, Hams Hall
Pay: £14.80 p/h + £1.79p/h holiday pay

Contract: 3-6 Months – possibility to go permanent
Shifts: Monday to Wednesday 6am – 6pm, Thursday 6am – 12pm

Immediate Start

This well-established company in the Coleshill area is seeking multiple Production Labourers due to increased business demand. They are looking for motivated and reliable individuals who are eager to learn. Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete start-of-shift safety checks and report any defects or issues to the Shift Manager.
  • Lifting of products
  • Manufacture production materials
  • Wear required PPE at all times and ensure safety systems (including dust extraction) are functioning properly.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area; carry out housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Report any irregularities or health & safety concerns to the Shift Manager immediately.
  • Adhere to all risk assessments, SOPs.
  • Complete shift handovers effectively and follow all site traffic and pedestrian guidelines.
  • Uphold the site code of conduct and participate in training as required.

Requirements of the Successful Candidate:

  • Experience with physical work - construction background beneficial.
  • Physically fit and can do repetitive manual labour
  • Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent service.
  • Works effectively as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
  • Communicates openly, honestly, and with integrity.
  • Prioritizes health, safety, and responsibility in all tasks.
  • Able to pass a drugs and alcohol test.
