**Panel Wirer**
Location: Manchester, Stockport, Altrincham, Trafford Park
Shift: 6:30am – 3:30pm | Mon–Fri
Rate: £17.00-£19.00p/h DOE (PAYE / Umbrella)
A leading engineering and automation company is expanding its electrical assembly team in Manchester. With several large-scale, multi-million-pound projects underway, they\’re seeking experienced Panel Wirers to support the build and delivery of high-spec custom control panels, mechanical/electrical rigs, and pneumatic systems.
The Role:
- Build and wire control panels from electrical schematics
- Mechanical and electrical assembly of bespoke systems
- Perform cut-outs, tray work, and full panel builds from start to finish
- Work from engineering drawings with minimal supervision
- Assist in the assembly of electrical and pneumatic rig systems
You\’ll Need:
- Level 2 or Level 3 in Electrical Installation or a related field
- Proven experience wiring industrial or control panels
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics with confidence
- Skilled with hand tools and light mechanical assembly
- Reliable, trustworthy, and adaptable team player
