About the role:
This position is the first in a newly developed service team, reporting directly into the customer service manager. You will work closely with them to lead service contracts and build the department.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting with the commissioning of new machinery.
- Providing technical support to all customer sites.
- Producing and delivering training to onsite engineers.
- Producing safety and technical documentation.
- Fault finding, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Make recommendations for technical improvement to equipment.
About you:
To be considered for the Senior Field Service Engineer role you should be/have the following:
- Experience working within automation/materials handling systems.
- Previous experience working as a service engineer.
- Multiskilled experience with an electrical bias.
- Apprentice trained with minimum level 3 qualification.
- Hold recognised engineering qualifications including 18th edition.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
