Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Cheshire
Contract Length: 2 Months Min
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Days and Nights
Rate: £35-£36p/h (Outside IR35)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a couple of Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a 2-month contract. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical system in a FMCG environment to ensure smooth production processes.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out day-to-day electrical and mechanical maintenance in a FMCG Setting
  • Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and perform system repairs
  • Working on Mechanical machinery such as conveyors, provers, check weighers, packaging machine, slicers etc
  • Working with panels, rewiring motors, replacing parts, invertors, relays, sensors etc
  • Fault finding
  • Ensure compliance with all site and industry standards

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 / Time served / City & Guilds
  • Proven experience in a food production
