About the Role: My client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team at a leading, innovative manufacturing facility. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring all equipment and machinery operate at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues promptly and accurately.
- Execute repairs and modifications to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Have a continuous improvements mindset.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 either Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.
