This company is the market leader in what they do and has an excellent reputation in the local area and globally. They usually promote internally but this is quite a unique role for a QHSE Manager to oversee all Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental functions within the business.
The QHSE manager role is very hands on and varied, including some of the following responsibilities:
- Managing a small team
- Analyse and improve the IMS system which incorporates quality, H&S and environmental processes.
- Drive a culture of H&S throughout the business
- Investigate accidents, near misses and compliance issues
- Manage internal and external audits
Required Experience:
- Personality is key to this hire and finding the right character is really important

- A strong character that can influence different stakeholders from the shop floor up to director level
- NEBOSH qualified with experience of managing a Quality management system
