With a strong turnover in the hundreds of millions, they manufacture specialised products for key industry players in FMCG. Our client has a solid maintenance function with a supportive environment, and they are currently looking for a motivated Maintenance Manager to add to their team! Our client has a clear, structured plan to invest millions in training for you, upgrading their equipment, facilities and to make way for Continuous Improvement projects!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 15 engineers, ensuring all maintenance is performed to top quality standards
  • Leading Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Ensure all records on CMMS are kept up to date, and suggesting improvements
  • Monitoring records of Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance
  • Dealing with 1 to 1s, holiday requests, rota queries and other man management responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • A recognised engineering qualification
  • Some experience leading a maintenance team
  • A sound understanding of projects, Continuous Improvement and CMMS
  • Previous COMAH experience is beneficial, though not essential
