Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled) £55,000, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, 4 on 4 off NIGHTS , 6pm till 6am – 42 average hours a week. Overtime, holiday equivalent to 23 shifts off, 6% matched pension, X4 years death in service. The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled) to join one of the world's leading vertically integrated producers, marketers and distributors of high-quality fresh and fresh-cut fruit, vegetables, juices, beverages, snacks and desserts in over 100 countries worldwide large, well-invested site. With a turnover of over £100 million in the UK, this company has massive growth plans; on top of the 16 lines,in the 24/7 site they currently have in place. The Wisbech site is a high-performing facility with state-of-the-art machinery and an experienced engineering team. The Role As a maintenance engineer , you'll work with a range of machinery including: Large mixers, dicers and slicers Baggers, metal detectors and palletisers Your focus will be 70% reactive and 30% PPM , using a tablet system for job tracking. This role places a strong emphasis on both electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair . You'll need to be confident working with pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, chains, sensors, and control panels etc. Experience fault finding via PLC is also needed.
