Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading PLC business to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for their site near Mansfield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative and reactive maintenance on automated equipment
- Fault finding and diagnostics on mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Prioritising breakdowns to reduce downtime and improve availability
- Using CMMS to log completed work and support reporting
- Supporting upgrades, installations and commissioning projects
- Maintaining optimum stock levels for spare parts
Requirements:
- Level 3 or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Apprentice trained
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and electrical/mechanical schematics
- Comfortable working at height
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability
- Well organised with the ability to manage workloads independently
