The predicted salary is between 39400 - 59400 £ per year.

Shift: Mon-Fri Double Days (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)

Salary: £49,419 (O.T. 1.5 + 2.0)

Our client is one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies worldwide, dealing with critical care and painkiller products to the NHS and private healthcare sector. They have recently merged and invested just under £20 million in state-of-the-art machinery. Their volume of products manufactured has tripled in the past fifteen years, and they have lots of new automated machinery, PLC equipment, and training to upskill you.

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities include:

  • Fault finding electrically in control panels, working on sensors, relays, contactors, three phase kit etc.
  • Working on fillers, conveyors, bottling plants, packaging machinery, ovens, autoclaves etc.
  • Conducting reactive and PPM maintenance
  • Ability to work confidently in a mechanical and electrical capacity
  • Work mechanically on gearboxes, bearings, pneumatics, pulleys, shafts and deal marginally with hydraulics
