Shift: Mon – Fri days (1 in 5 week nights)

They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Newcastle Under Lyme due to a recent internal promotion to a Senior Maintenance Engineer
The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer you will:
• Perform Preventive and Reactive Maintenance (PPMs/TPMs) based on OEM instructions
• Daily use of SAP and Microsoft tools to track and manage maintenance
• Carry out both mechanical and electrical duties, maintaining a variety of systems
• Support the upkeep of automated equipment, robotics, welding machines, and conveyors
• Fault-find electrical sensors, motors, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems
The Engineer:
In a Maintenance Engineer we are looking for:
- A recognised Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Qualification
- A motivated engineer who has an adaptable working attitude
- Experience working withing Automated Logistics or FMCG (Desirable)
- An engineer who will be able to perform under high pressure scenarios but still delivering quality
The Salary and shifts
As a Maintenance Engineer you will:
- Receive an annual salary of £45,685
- Working a Mon – Fri – Flexi days and 1 week in 5 night shift cover
- Have the opportunity to work overtime paid 1.5x Mon-Saturday and 2.0x time on Sunday
- Have the prospect to earn annual leave that comes with length of service every year
- Earn extra holiday and double time on a Bank Holiday – you will be paid Double time and also get the time back in Lieu to take an extra holiday
