Laser / Machine Operative – Leicester
Rate: £14–£15 p/h
Contract: 13-week temp to perm
Hours: Mon–Thurs (Days or Nights available)
We're looking for Laser Operatives or Machine/CNC Operatives to join a busy sheet metal manufacturing environment.
The Role:
- Operating laser cutting machines (Trumpf or similar)
- Alternatively operating CNC or other production machinery
- Working with mild and stainless steel
- Quality checking, deburring, and finishing parts
- Completing basic machine maintenance (PPM checks)
Requirements:
- Experience operating lasers, CNC, or similar machinery
- Background in manufacturing or engineering
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic IT skills for machine operation
