With a strong turnover of over £100 million, they rent space to companies to store material in bulk quantities. Our client has a solid maintenance function with a supportive environment, and they are currently looking for motivated Administrators to add to their team! They have a clear, structured plan to invest £10 million in upgrading their equipment, facilities and to make way for Continuous Improvement projects!

The Role

As an Administrator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming visitors to the site
  • Liaising with drivers and dispatchers to ensure they have the correct documentation
  • Operating weighbridge machines to weigh vehicles from arrival and departure of site
  • Reporting correct financial and data figures to HMRC
  • Writing detailed reports and analysing key terminal data
  • Communicating effectively with customers mostly via email and occasionally via phone

About You

The ideal Administrator will have the following:

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent
  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Good mathematical knowledge
  • Confidence in fast-paced working situations
  • Excellent communication skills
