Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Elec bias) – £51,000 – Litchfield - Continental shift (4 on 5 off – 5 on 4 off)
Package: 3% company contribution, x3 Life Assurance - three times your basic salary paid to your nominated beneficiary, 23 days annual leave per annum.

Due to continued growth and ongoing investment across the site, the business is now looking to recruit Maintenance Engineers to strengthen its engineering team. About the role: As a maintenance engineer your responsibilities will include:
- Site wide planned preventive maintenance
- Upkeep of Production Equipment and Machinery
- Reacting to breakdowns quickly to reduce downtime
- Equipment repair, technical repairing, in addition to factory start up and testing
About you: To be considered for this maintenance engineer position you should be/have the following:
- Currently working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, ideally from a manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding ability, able to work in an efficient and safe manner
- Recognised level 3 engineering qualifications or equivalent
