We're looking for a Contract Reliability Engineer to support a fast-paced manufacturing site in Leicester. This role focuses on improving asset performance, reducing downtime, and driving maintenance best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reliability-centred maintenance strategies
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA, FMEA, 5 Whys) on equipment failures
  • Analyse CMMS data, downtime trends, and KPIs
  • Improve preventative and predictive maintenance plans
  • Support continuous improvement and reduce reactive maintenance
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering role
  • Strong CMMS knowledge (SAP, Maximo, or similar)
  • Experience with RCA, FMEA, and reliability tools
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
