ATA Recruitment is seeking Assembly Operatives in Leicester to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing modular balconies and other systems. This position offers a £14–£15 p/h rate and a 13-week temp to perm contract, with hours from Mon–Thurs 6:30 am–3:30 pm and early finishes on Fri.
The successful candidates will perform assembly work using engineering drawings and hand tools, aiming for a team target of 20–30 balcony systems per week. Overtime is available after 13 weeks at an increased pay rate, in a friendly and supportive environment.
