Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for a secure, days-only role with genuine work-life balance? We are recruiting for a manufacturer site in Hull offering a 4 on / 4 off DAYS shift pattern, strong earning potential, and long-term progression within a growing business.
The Opportunity
You will be part of a strong electromechanical team, responsible for keeping plant and production equipment running at optimum performance in a high-volume environment. This role offers the perfect balance of hands-on fault finding, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding & root cause analysis
- In-depth inspections of critical components
- Minimising downtime and supporting production targets
- Maintaining high health, safety, and hygiene standards
