Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Warrington

Shifts: £51,000 + Overtime (x1.5) - 4 on 4 off (2 days / 2 nights)

Benefits: 6-8% Pension + 25 shift holiday days

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing facility in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while developing your technical skills through industry-leading training.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and improving a highly automated production environment
  • Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Working on advanced PLC-controlled machinery

Training & Development

This business is known for investing heavily in its engineers. You will receive:

  • PLC Training (Siemens Levels 1, 2 & 3)
  • On-site product training
  • External training via local colleges (e.g. welding, 17th Edition, etc.)
  • Dedicated 2-week product training programme
  • Ongoing development tailored to your skill gaps

Package & Benefits

Salary: £51,000

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days / 2 nights)

6–8% pension contribution

25 shift days holiday

Overtime paid at x1.5
