We're currently partnering with one of our rapidly investing food manufacturing clients who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Gainsborough. Ensuring the smooth running of the factory, by performing reactive and planned maintenance work.

  • Electrical fault-finding as well as mechanical fault-finding.
  • Taking ownership of looking after the workshop, ensuring all the tools are correctly stored as well as ordering new stock when necessary.
  • Fault-finding on both the electrical and mechanical components. No programming required but need to have the ability to check I/O's, read schematics and check HMI Screens.

The ideal candidate will ideally have an electrical bias. To be considered for the Maintenance Engineer position, you should have the following:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 Electrical qualification
  • Experience within an engineering environment
  • Comfortably fault-find on electrical systems and be able to work in a team environment.
  • Contribute to the engineering activities across the site.
