Are you an experienced Facilities Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Our client has an exciting opening for a Facilities Engineer to join their dedicated team in Halesowen. The engineers play a crucial role in maintaining a range of building infrastructure and associated facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the site and the continuous provision of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Facilities Engineer:
  • Maintain office, factory, and associated facilities to high standards.
  • Protect building infrastructure.
  • Reactive repair of various equipment and facilities.
  • Operate ancillary equipment.
  • Liaise with contractors.
  • Supervise apprentices.
Skills and Experience Required of the Maintenance Facilities Engineer:
  • 3+ years in Facilities Maintenance or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineering.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work with power tools.
  • Eligible to work in the UK, full clean driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications for the Maintenance Facilities Engineer:
  • NVQ Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or BTEC Level 3.
  • IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations.
  • Understanding of hydraulic systems (training provided).
  • Welding and fabrication experience.
