Are you an experienced Facilities Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Our client has an exciting opening for a Facilities Engineer to join their dedicated team in Halesowen. The engineers play a crucial role in maintaining a range of building infrastructure and associated facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the site and the continuous provision of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Facilities Engineer:- Maintain office, factory, and associated facilities to high standards.
- Protect building infrastructure.
- Reactive repair of various equipment and facilities.
- Operate ancillary equipment.
- Liaise with contractors.
- Supervise apprentices.
- 3+ years in Facilities Maintenance or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineering.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work with power tools.
- Eligible to work in the UK, full clean driving licence.
- NVQ Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or BTEC Level 3.
- IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations.
- Understanding of hydraulic systems (training provided).
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Experience with industrial doors and loading bay systems.
