The Role
As an engineering team leader, your main responsibilities include:
- 50/50% Hybrid role involving managing a team while also working on the tools when required
- Training and developing a team of engineers
- Scheduling PPMs
- Identifying missing parts
- Fault finding both mechanically and electrically
Requirements
A successful engineering team leader will have:
- An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering
- Great communication and leadership skills
- A hands-on multi-skilled background
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
