Electrical Service Engineer 3 month Rolling Contract Based in Peterborough and travelling will be required. Monday - Friday 10 Hour Shifts £22ph CIS Umbrella (ECS CARD REQUIRED). Accommodation, Travel and Food covered when staying away. Opportunity to work for a major controls panel manufacturing company generating over £15 million annually.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Installation Electrician will include the following:
- Site work will include Panel Modification
- Panel installation and machine wiring
- Cable pulling and some testing
- Install and test electrical panels and cable assemblies to ensure functionality and compliance
- Adhere to company standards and produce high quality work
- Travelling will be involved to different sites
The Panel Wireman must possess the following skills & experience:
- Proven experience in electrical installation within an industrial environment
- ECS Card Required
- Expertise in panel modification, building and machine wiring
- Installation and electrical wiring qualification, NVQ LVL 3 or equivalent or apprentice trained
- Strong ability to fault find and repair a variety of control panels
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members
