A well-established manufacturing business in Derby is seeking an experienced Welder to join their team.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Welder will involve the following:
- MIG welding and occasional TIG welding (Non-structural, with some basic structural welding)
- Welding materials such as Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Cromweld, and Chromalloy (Gauge thicknesses range from 3mm to 20mm)
- Fabrication of components and basic mechanical fitting tasks
The Welder must possess the following:
- Proven welding and fabricating experience in an industrial setting
- Experience with welding Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Cromweld, and Chromalloy
- Certified Welding/Fabrication Qualification
- Plating experience (preferred but not essential)
