The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities as an Engineering Administrator will include:
- Manage stores inventory, stock levels, and ordering of engineering spares.
- Maintain consumables, COSHH records, stationery, PPE, and uniforms.
- Order and manage tools, equipment, and workshop supplies.
- Check deliveries, handle repairs, and liaise with suppliers.
- Monitor budgets, track spending, and approve invoices.
- Support service contract renewals and maintenance planning.
- Organise workshop repair activities and Job in a Box work.
- Maintain high housekeeping (5S) and Health & Safety standards.
- Support Engineering Team Leaders and maintenance operations.
- Track, analyse, and report on role-related KPIs.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and processes.
