The Role

  • Conduct both PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of FMCG machinery
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
  • Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and enhance performance
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability projects
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Maintenance Engineer NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (either electrical or mechanical bias considered)
  • Previous experience within FMCG manufacturing environments desired
  • Strong fault-finding ability across PLCs, conveyors
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a positive, can-do approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
