Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a fast-paced role where every day brings a new challenge? Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their high-performing team and help ensure production runs efficiently and reliably.
The Role
- Conduct both PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of FMCG machinery
- Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and enhance performance
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability projects
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Maintenance Engineer NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (either electrical or mechanical bias considered)
- Previous experience within FMCG manufacturing environments desired
- Strong fault-finding ability across PLCs, conveyors
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a positive, can-do approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
