This is a hands-on leadership position, requiring strong planning capability, system expertise, and excellent communication skills. The role is approximately 20% hands-on, primarily supporting planned maintenance (PMs), with 80% office-based responsibilities, including planning, coordination, and direct leadership of maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to improve asset reliability
  • Drive maintenance compliance across safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Lead effective root cause analysis, ensuring issues are resolved permanently rather than repeatedly
