Our client has a solid maintenance function with a supportive environment, and they are currently looking for a motivated Maintenance Manager to add to their team! Our client has a clear, structured plan to invest millions in training for you, upgrading their equipment, facilities and to make way for Continuous Improvement projects!
The Role
As a Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a team of 15 engineers, ensuring all maintenance is performed to top quality standards
- Leading Continuous Improvement Projects
- Ensure all records on CMMS are kept up to date, and suggesting improvements
- Monitoring records of Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Dealing with 1 to 1s, holiday requests, rota queries and other man management responsibilities
About You
The ideal Maintenance Manager will have the following:
- A recognised engineering qualification
- Some experience leading a maintenance team
- A sound understanding of projects, Continuous Improvement and CMMS
- Previous COMAH experience is beneficial, though not essential
