We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering long-term career progression, a fully equipped company van, fuel card, and a competitive salary package.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial properties.Responding to reactive maintenance tasks and fault finding.Undertaking general building services maintenance.Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.Completing maintenance reports and documentation accurately.Providing excellent customer service when interacting with site teams and clients.RequirementsElectrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent).Previous experience within commercial building maintenance.Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Full UK Driving Licence.Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.PackageSalary of 46,000 - 48,000 per annum.Company van provided.Fuel card provided.1 in 6 call-out rota.150 standby payment for being on call.Overtime opportunities available.Pension scheme.Training and career development opportunities.25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
