ATA Search is delighted to partner with this globally recognised brand in engineering and technology, to assist them in securing an Operations Director.

As a legacy business now entering a period of new ownership, we are seeking a capable change-agent and moderniser with a proven pedigree in making measurable and sustainable improvements in pursuance of operational excellence. Your style will meld the best of methodological and people-based approaches to ensure ownership and adoption are maximised.

Whilst detail is key, we are seeking to drive improvements broadly across Output, Quality, OTIF and Safety. You will have in excess of 10 years’ experience in operational leadership in an engineering environment with large teams and full site ownership. You will be a purveyor and champion of Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Your vocational experience will be supported by a relevant degree level education in Operations, Manufacturing or Engineering.
