Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer The Maintenance Engineer must hold a recognised electrical or mechanical engineering qualification. The Maintenance Engineer must have previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing, production, packaging, FMCG or automated environment. The Maintenance Engineer must be comfortable working a 2's and 3's days and nights shift pattern. The Maintenance Engineer must have experience completing planned and reactive maintenance.
