ATA Recruitment is representing a well‑established, global engineering manufacturer within the wastewater and industrial processing sector. The business designs and supplies specialist engineered equipment and supports customers across the UK and internationally with parts, service and installation solutions. Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to appoint a Parts & Installation Coordinator to support customer requests and coordinate parts supply and site installations.
The Role
This is a key coordination and customer support role, acting as the link between clients, engineers, suppliers and logistics providers. You will ensure parts are ordered accurately, installations are planned effectively and customers are kept informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming customer requests for replacement parts and installations
- Ordering spare parts and equipment, managing availability and lead times
- Coordinating installation schedules with engineers, subcontractors and clients
- Planning delivery times and ensuring parts arrive on site as required
- Arranging site equipment and access requirements (e.g. telehandlers, lifting equipment, plant hire)
- Liaising with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams
- Tracking jobs from order through to completion
- Providing regular updates to customers on progress and delivery times
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
