We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the UK sales operation of a highly respected engineering organisation operating within the Wastewater, environmental, infrastructure, and industrial process sectors. The Opportunity
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the UK commercial strategy whilst managing and growing a team of technical sales professionals. You'll work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, develop key customer relationships, improve market share, and deliver sustainable revenue growth across municipal and industrial markets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in major project opportunities and key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the UK sales strategy.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience in a Head of Sales, Sales Director, Commercial Manager, National Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leadership role.
- Experience selling technical, engineered or capital equipment solutions.
