Location: Doncaster Contract Length: 8 Months (Start: January 20th, 2025) Rate: £350-£400 per day DOE Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some Saturday work and occasional weekend work may be required) Start Date: January 20th, 2025 About the Company: Our client is a leading global provider of automated supply chain solutions, delivering integrated systems, software, and services to industries such as retail, e-commerce, food and beverage, and manufacturing. In the UK, the company designs, builds, and supports automated systems for warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities. The role of Electrical Supervisor will involve the following: Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination between suppliers, electrical installers, and commissioning teams. Oversee safety processes, including Risk Assessments , Method Statements (RAMS) , housekeeping , permits , isolations , and liaising with maintenance teams. Manage electrical installations, ensuring lock-out/tag-out procedures are adhered to. Supervise the complete removal or bypass of electrical systems to ensure safe dismantling by mechanical teams. Assist with software updates and commissioning to ensure systems are operational and meet project specifications. Maintain daily progress reports, ensuring project milestones are met. Supervise electrical work on-site, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and best practices . Support system bypass code implementation and ensure proper reinstatement. Ability to perform daily reporting and progress tracking using laptops and related software . As Electrical Supervisor you will need the following skills and attributes: SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) . First Aid Certification . ECS Card (Electrical Competency). Proficiency with lock-out/tag-out systems. Experience with electrical installations and conveyor systems in operational environments. Proven track record in managing electrical teams on strip-out and rebuild projects . Strong leadership and coordination skills . Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines .
