Assistant Site Manager – Please only apply if you have CSCS Black Card Castle Donnington Trade background & worked with the Principal Contractor advantageous £200 – £250 per day (Outside IR35) Initial 12-month contract CSCS Black Card Required You will be responsible for the following: • Assist in overseeing and coordinating multiple installation suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with project timelines. • Support in enforcing strict adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations, actively addressing unsafe behaviours and practices • Act as a key point of contact for the client, maintaining clear and professional communication. • Assist in leading Daily Activity Briefings (DABs), safety briefings, and site meetings, fostering accountability and ensuring all parties are kept informed. • Take an active role in assisting the day-to-day site operations, helping resolve issues swiftly, and addressing non-compliance or inefficiencies. • Monitor and report on project progress using MS Office and MS Project, providing accurate updates to senior management and clients.
