Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer, Lead Engineer, Engineering Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor looking for your next step? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business with over 90 years of industry experience and the backing of a global manufacturing group. The business is investing heavily in its engineering function, offering OEM training, recognised qualifications and genuine progression into senior management.
The Role
- You'll lead a team of 4 Maintenance Engineers within a highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Your role will include:
- Leading and supporting 4 engineers
- Planning and coordinating maintenance
- Managing PPM and reactive maintenance
- Reducing breakdowns and downtime
- Driving TPM and continuous improvement
- Supporting automated production equipment
- Fault investigation and corrective actions
- Managing maintenance records and spares
- Ensuring high H&S standards
- Working closely with Production
About You
- We're looking for someone with:
- Engineering qualification – Electrical, Mechanical or Maintenance
- Manufacturing, automation, FMCG, logistics or industrial experience
- Experience with automated machinery, conveyors or material handling
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous
Engineers Ready to Step Up?
You don't necessarily need previous supervisory experience. If you're an experienced Multi-Skilled, Electrical, Mechanical or Maintenance Engineer who is ready to take the next step into leadership, full training and support will be provided.
