Overview:
We are looking for motivated Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers who own a van or car and are interested in working as multi-drop delivery drivers. As a van or car owner and delivery driver, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering parcels and packages within your designated area. You will operate as a self-employed contractor and have the flexibility to choose your own working days.
Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Collect parcels from the depot for delivery to EH postcode areas
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time
- Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
- Collaborate effectively with depot management and team members
Requirements
- Access to your own car or van
- A valid UK driving licence
- Appropriate insurance coverage (including for commercial use if required)
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Please note: if you choose to use your own vehicle , you must have the following insurance in place:
- Public Liability
- Goods in Transit
- Business Motor Insurance covering carriage of goods for hire and reward (social, domestic & pleasure policies are not accepted)
