We are looking for a Self-Employed Regional Supervisor to join our growing ATA North team, supporting our delivery operations across the Glasgow area, including Eurocentral, Tannochside and Cumbernauld. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with drivers, clients and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Rate: £110 per day + future incentives for growth

Vehicle: Vehicle supplied with fuel card for operational use

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing daily driver dispatch and rotas
  • Supporting and communicating with drivers
  • Monitoring performance and KPIs
  • Overseeing vehicle allocation and compliance
  • Supporting warehouse and client operations
  • Helping drivers with on-road issues when needed
  • Supporting health & safety, compliance and training
  • Keeping the Operations Leader updated on daily activity

What We’re Looking For:

  • You don’t need to have done exactly the same role before, but you’ll ideally have experience in logistics, transport or delivery operations.
  • We’re looking for someone who is:
    • Organised and reliable
    • Confident communicating with people
    • Good at solving problems
    • Comfortable managing drivers and busy operations
    • Hands-on and happy to get stuck in
    • KPI and performance focused
    • A full UK driving licence holder
    • Comfortable working on a self-employed basis
