We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Drivers Mate to join our delivery team on a flexible, self-employed basis. You’ll work alongside a driver, supporting with deliveries and collections, including the loading, unloading and movement of large boxes and heavy items. This is a hands-on role involving regular manual handling and heavy lifting, so you’ll need to be physically fit and comfortable getting stuck in. We’ve recently taken on a new contract and are looking for an extra pair of hands to help keep everything running smoothly. You’ll always receive at least one day’s notice before any shift, giving you the flexibility to fit the work around your other commitments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Drivers Mate or delivery support experience is required
  • Flexible and available for on-call work
  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
  • Able to travel to Culham and Didcot
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on the move
