Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative work environment
• Analyse data & decision-making
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards through effective communication
• Manage Driver Training bookings
• Maintain strong client connections and satisfaction
• Supervise social media management activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Coordinate with Audit & Recruitment & HR teams to implement HRIS solutions and optimise workforce management

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Skilled in relationship management with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Familiarity with Logistics sector
• Experience over management
• Competence in social media across multiple platforms
• Ability to utilise effectively an Online Platform
• Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
