Burch Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a well-established same day delivery company for experienced and reliable Luton Drivers to join their growing team.
This is a full-time position, weekly play and the opportunity to be part of a friendly, professional two-person crew. You\’ll drive a well-maintained vehicle and ensure timely, safe deliveries to customer homes.
About the Role:
You\’ll be delivering furniture and white goods directly to customer homes from a depot based in the Dunstable area, alongside a driver\’s mate. This includes room-of a choice delivery, unpacking, and basic installation where required.
Requirements:
Max 6 points (no DR or IN codes)
Good communication & customer service
Home delivery experience preferred
Basic DIY or trade skills (e.g. confident using drills, screwdrivers and hand tools)
Driver is over 21 and has held a licence for at least 2 years (for insurance purposes)
What you\’ll be doing:
Early starts from our Croydon depot.
Delivering and setting up items in customer\’s home.
Working in a two-person team ( Driver+Mate);
Completing routes typically within a 9-hour shift.
Option to apply as an existing Driver + Mate team.
