FitzRoy provide care and support in Coventry for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. We are seeking exceptional new Support Workers who share our values to join our friendly team. Whether you are currently working in care or looking to get into a rewarding and varied role, we would love to hear from you.
A full UK manual driving licence is essential for some of our roles in this location as you will be supporting people in activities in the community. Please note, we are unable to offer Sponsorship for this vacancy.
Vacancies Available:
- Day shift: Β£12.35 per hour weekdays
- Part Time 30 hours per week work available
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays
- Sleep-ins are Β£50 per night
- 30 days holiday when you start
Responsibilities
- Support everyone differently to their individual needs
- Be actively involved in a range of peopleβs interests and activities from shopping, to crafts, to bowling or swimming
- Support and encourage with personal care, such as showers and baths
Hours
You will be working on a rota covering various shifts. Weekend work is essential and will be on a rotating basis; when you work a weekend you will have time off in the week.
Qualifications
- No previous care experience required if you have the right values; training and support are provided to build confidence in delivering care and support to transform lives for people with disabilities.
- Full UK manual driving licence (where required for this location)
