Property Administrator β Temporary (3 Months) | Work from Home
Hours within Monday to Friday, 9am β 5pm
Β£27,000 per annum (pro rata)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team on a temporary 2-month contract. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills and a strong administrative background, preferably within property, compliance, or facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the organisational property database, including asset, compliance, maintenance, and budgetary data
- Liaise with contractors and housing associations to ensure compliance documents are collected and recorded on the database
- Support Service Managers with booking in appointments
- Ensure compliance certificates are current and in line with relevant legislation
- Review and process incoming invoices, update actual costs in the database, and ensure correct allocation and submission to payables
- Respond to general property-related queries or direct them to the appropriate team member
- Maintain electronic filing systems efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all records comply with GDPR, data protection laws, and internal policies
