Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an experienced Property Manager who:

  • Thrives on building genuine client relationships
  • Is warm, approachable, and solutions-focused
  • Handles challenges with professionalism and confidence
  • Takes pride in delivering exceptional personalised service
  • Holds a current WA Property Management Registration
  • Has a reliable vehicle suitable for work use
  • Has a minimum of two years’ experience in Property Management

About the Team Structure

You’ll be supported by an experienced and well-resourced team including:

  • Dedicated Leasing Consultant
  • Trust Accountant
  • Experienced Virtual Assistant support (10+ years with the company) assisting with administration

Streamlined systems and administrative support. We’re technology-focused where it counts, using:

  • Property Tree
  • Inspection Express
  • 360 cameras and 4K inspection technology
  • Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive synced systems
  • Laptop, second screen, and mobile setup provided for home office use
