As Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within our WA modular manufacturing facility, responsible for driving effective, compliant and value‑focused procurement outcomes. Reporting into senior leadership and working closely with national and site-based stakeholders, you’ll lead a skilled procurement team while aligning local activities to Fleetwood’s National Procurement Strategy. This is a hands‑on, strategic role where you’ll balance supplier relationships, cost optimisation, inventory management and production support—ensuring our projects and manufacturing schedules are delivered on time and to standard.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the site procurement function, aligning local activity to national procurement strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder partnerships to meet business needs
  • Drive strategic sourcing, supplier performance and cost‑efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure procurement governance, tendering compliance and best‑practice processes
  • Oversee inventory planning and purchasing to support production build schedules
  • Contribute to tender reviews, project outcomes and national procurement forums
  • Identify continuous improvement and cost‑saving opportunities across projects and operations
  • Lead, develop and support the procurement team through coaching and performance management

About You

You’re an experienced procurement leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing or construction environment. You bring a strategic mindset, strong commercial judgement and the ability to build trusted relationships across operational and corporate teams. You’ll also bring:

  • Proven experience in a procurement leadership role, ideally within modular construction, manufacturing or project‑based environments
  • Strong people leadership capability, with a focus on team development and engagement
  • Experience working within structured procurement frameworks and governance models
  • Sound negotiation, supplier management and contract management skills
  • The ability to balance strategic sourcing with day‑to‑day operational procurement needs
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • A collaborative working style, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience aligning procurement activity to production or build schedules (highly regarded)
