The Boab Tavern in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our venue including bars, Bottleshop, bistro, TAB and function areas.
Working with the Venue Manager, you will coach and develop the team, drive great guest experiences, and ensure RSA, food certificates, and venue procedures are upheld. A hands-on leader with at least five years in hospitality is preferred.
